How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item according to our Replacements and Returns Policy, please read the instructions below to get started.
Step 1. Prepare your Order Number
Please locate your order confirmation number, found on your email receipt or your account dashboard.
Step 2. Ensure Eligibility
Verify that your item was delivered within the last 14 days and the original tags are still attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Step 3. Contact Support
To request a return authorization, email us directly at info@slutwear.net.
In your email, include:
- Your full name and Order Number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- A brief description of why you are returning the item (e.g., incorrect size, damaged, changed mind).
- If returning a defective item, please attach clear photos of the defect.
Step 4. Print and Ship
Once our team reviews your request (usually within 24-48 hours), you will receive a Return Authorization Code and instructions on how and where to ship back your package.
