1. General Process
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Slutwear purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and with original tags attached.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items. This includes intimates, underwear, and customized products, unless the item is defective or we made an error fulfilling your order.
3. Defect or Damage
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no further cost to you.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email identifying the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to a defect or our fault). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
